Been drinking this coffee for a few years now, the latest order I received,(which was delayed over Christmas) is nothing like I have ever received before. The beans while supposedly dark roasted, were very pale, and when tasted the flavour was insipid, and I have had to throw the beans away as I can't drink them. The accompanying coffee the European Blend Extra dark were almost as bad but were just about drinkable when using extra-strong setting.

Very disappointing from Jaccs.
